The Mission in Punjab was initiated with the aim of involving ourselves in the faith formation activities and pastoral ministry. we are also rendering our service in health care mainly care for PLHIV. also there is possibility to get more vocations as the people are religious minded and well oriented towards faith. after the legal proceedings, formalities and agreement we began our community on 2nd Sep 2017. the new residence for the sisters was blessed by Rev. Bp. Franco Mulakkal.
Sisters began their life with pastoral ministry; taking catechism classes, visiting families, orphanages and jail. Two of our sisters joined to serve in the Little Flower Convent Senior Secondary School run by the Diocese and managed by the FCC Sisters.
To begin with the HIV center, sisters had to work hard to find possibility and permissions. On the 18th of February 2019 the Community Care Centre Ashakiran at Bibi Sundari which is 12 kms. from Gurdaspur was blessed and inaugurated by the Apostolic Administrator, Bishop Agnelo. A school is allotted in Dina Nagar and now sisters have begun the initial process of admitting the students in this school.
